Tooth brushing like most people think is just to avoid mouth odor but far from it. Yes every individual needs to brush their teeth but sole idea behind it is to reduce mouth odor of course which is one of it, but to reduce the bacteria load in the mouth which is much important
1 BACTERIA LOAD:
Bacteria load in the mouth increases as result of what we consume per day that I mean what we constantly consume at times some of the particle remain in the mouth and are trapped by the gums and teeth overtime the bacteria load in the mouth begins to double, and these microorganisms releases substances that further decompose these food particles.
Why say tooth brushing is just to get rid of mouth odor……..tooth brushing cannot be over emphasized as  it reduces mouth odor but its major challenge is on the system. It is most time 60% responsible for most of the systemic illnesses around us.

HOW NOT BRUSHING THE TEETH LEADS TO SYSTEMIC PROBLEMS 
When bacteria in the mouth ferments they double in terms of their load and food are eating together with them they are swallowed, so they travel down into the system. And some of them can trive in acidic or basic medium depending on the bacteria, and they release toxins that cause systemic health challenges. So you see why you will have a health challenge when you don’t brush your teeth, not just to get rid of mouth odor.
       Health trackers are simply natural, easy to do home practices that you can use to checkmate your health on a constant daily regular basis, funny enough they are not time consuming, money or even stressful but it’s a routine you must follow more like a plan in other to put your health on track and one which we just discussed is improper tooth brushing.
      
WHY CHEW GUM WHEN YOU CAN’T BRUSH.
Most people often say gum reduces mouth odor, no doubt but not completely true the reason is these, after sometime the bacteria in the mouth starts feeding on the sugary contents of the chewing gum, which if not properly handled can lead to tooth decay, dental caries, planks on the teeth, systemic illnesses, diarrhea, flatulence etc. so it’s imperative to properly brush your teeth at least twice a day before going to bed.
